  Food is okay use to taste better, other than that i like it. Good prices for the amount of food. Use to be the best but not anymore

  Can I give a negative star? I bought 2 chicken fried rice yesterday, both were stale .Chicken and rice were warmes up and repackaged. Chicken looked like it was refried 10 times, rice was dry and hard , no taste. You can never go there and guaranteed you will have good fresh tasty food, its a hit or miss.

  Food is so good and you get a lot. I usually order chicken fried rice spicy and it’s the best.

  The place is a bar that serves food. They had tables outside which is the current "covid norm". A worker noticed me and got the waitress who "sashayed" over to me after I'd asked for a menu to look at. I asked if there were lunch specials or combinations. She replied no! I reviewed the menu which was I thought pricey for a single person to have lunch because rice started off as being $7.95 and then meat dishes Started off at much more. I got the impression from her that it made no difference whether I ate there or not because I didn't immediately sit down and order a drink. I did not have my family with me and I wasn't going to buy a huge lunch there to bag it home without knowing anything about it, I would've just looked at a menu outside if they had one...It would also help if they said upfront they serve family style meal portions? If that's what they actually do?
  Therefore each dish would serve more than one??? The waitress just didn't put the place in the best light. I gave the place 3 stars for it's decor.

  Good Food
  Great prices
  Nice flavors
  No parking, well it’s 101 ave.l, understandable
  
  Couple years ago, the person answering the phone was very courteous and always pay attention to order details.
  Now, it’s different, every tine you call, hold on please, then you order and have to be rushed off the phone, here is where the orders get mixed up.
  When I go to pick up my order, I saw the girl answering phone, sorting bags, processing payments, and rearrange the orders in place to give the customers.
  Hibiscus management needs to focus more on customer service because it’s too much for one employee to do in a short space of time.
  
  One issue, last month I ordered a lamb fried rice with chicken in top, I paid fir it and when I get home it’s beef fried rice with no chicken.
  Eventually, I returned to hibiscus to buy food again and I raise the issue with beef fried rice, and the girl said ohh sorry.
  That’s all.
  
  What if I took out a piece of plain paper and pay, then they will call police on me.
  
  This is not service for someone who has been buying food fir five years now.
